Our Admission Cancellation or Change Policy
Webskill Academy Private Limited offers a refund policy, which is fair and equitable.
By enrolling in a course at Webskill Academy Private Limited, a student enters into a legal contract under common law, whereby he/she agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of enrollment (including payment of the prescribed fee) in exchange for the services provided by the institution for delivering the course.
Please note, Webskill Academy Private Limited is not responsible for changes in your circumstances and Webskill Academy Private Limited cannot be held responsible for changes in your circumstances.
Refund Policy
Your completed admission form serves as your confirmation of acceptance and commitment to pay all fees mentioned in the form. In case of admission submitted electronically, the student will be required to read and agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policy documents online in order to submit and process the form. This act acts as a confirmation in lieu of a signature. By ticking the appropriate box, the student fully accepts the terms and conditions of Webskill Academy Private Limited.
The course will be deemed to have commenced for the students from the date of issue of course login details by Webskill Academy Private Limited.
Webskill Academy Private Limited urges its students to think twice before enrolling. Hence, it adheres to strict rules and regulations for its refund policy.
The student will not be able to claim any refund in the following cases:
After enrolling in a course, the student changes his/her decision and requests a refund.
After enrolling, the student does not attend the class, or does not inform the authorities with any reason.
After enrolling, the student was absent from five or more consecutive classes.
The student fails to work on or complete the live project as part of the course.
Cancellation Policy
In the following cases, Webskill Academy Private Limited will be liable to refund the full amount paid by the student at the time of admission:
If the academy fails to start the course on the scheduled date or within the agreed timeframe as discussed with the student at the time of admission, the student may claim a refund of his/her money from the institution, as the institution considers itself liable in such circumstances.
Webskill Academy Private Limited provides comprehensive training and job guarantee to the students of its job-based course category. No claim for job or refund will be entertained from the students enrolled in any course other than job-based category.
If a student is absent from class for a long period of time, does not answer or return calls made by the academy, or does not contact the institution with any valid reason for absence, then Webskill Academy Private Limited reserves the full right to cancel his/her admission.
Pause the course
Students may request to suspend their studies for 6 or 12 months at any time during their enrollment. Such requests must be accompanied by written documentation explaining why they will not be able to continue their studies for the specified period (e.g., a letter of explanation).
Course Transfer
Webskill Academy Private Limited understands the pressure of classmates and therefore always keeps the option of changing courses open for students. If they have enrolled in a particular course, but later find it uninteresting, they can switch to another course.
Up to 30 days after receiving the materials, the student can apply for special consideration for transfer from one course to another. No refund will be given for any difference in course fees.

From this stage, the student will be responsible for maintaining his/her acquired competence and applying the knowledge and skills acquired in a manner consistent with the unique characteristics of each application. As a result, the institution will be exempt from any liability, action or claim of any kind related to or arising from any information, instructions or advice given by any current or former student, whether or not the instructions given during the course are followed.
Unless written permission is obtained and granted from the institution, the course, course notes and other materials may not be sold, loaned, copied or used in any way other than for the purpose of studying the course by the person enrolled in the course.
I have read the prospectus and understood the rules and regulations of the Academy, the program delivery methodology and have satisfied myself that I fulfill the eligibility conditions laid down in it. I have furnished necessary information / documents correctly. I shall submit any other document’s that may be required in the future. I understand that my admission is liable to be revocation by the WEBSKILL ACADEMY , West Bengal, the information / documents submitted herewith is found incorrect or misleading. Further, the Academy has full authority to take appropriate action which shall be acceptable to me. In future also, if any information submitted by me is found incorrect, the Academy has the authority to exclusion the admission at any time. If admission is revocation at any time, neither the admission fee not the monthly fees will be refunded. If my age is between eighteen to thirty years, if I maintain eighty percentage class attendances in Web Development or Artificial intelligence AI course, if I get more than sixty percentage marks in Web Development or Artificial intelligence AI course then WEBSKILL ACADEMY will give me hundred percent job placement in private office anywhere in India. If I do not get more than sixty percentage marks then I will not get or want job placement. I will respect WEBSKILL ACADEMY , I will follow all the rules and regulations of WEBSKILL ACADEMY , I will not let WEBSKILL ACADEMY be disrespected. If I do not follow all the rules and regulations of WEBSKILL ACADEMY then WEBSKILL ACADEMY will expel me from the institute at any time. The amount paid at the time of admission to WEBSKILL ACADEMY for Web Development or Artificial intelligence AI course and the amount paid every month is for my education and I will never get this money back and will not ask for a refund. The Academy can expel me from the Academy at any moment if there is any problem with the Academy for me. No fault of the academy if I do badly in the exam. It’s all my fault. If I fail to attend the examination centre on time on the day of the examination, the academy will revocation my examination. It is not the academy’s fault if you are late to go home after taking classes at the academy. If there is any trouble on the road on the way home from the academy, the academy is not responsible for me. I will not do anything that brings the academy into disrepute. I have joined computer course in this WEBSKILL ACADEMY academy of my own free will no one from any academy forced me to join. If I go somewhere in the name of academy, there is no fault of academy. After all talk about admission with parents at home, I got admission in this academy with right decision about admission with everyone at home. My home parents can never blame the academy for any my wrong decision or mistake.
